How to reach us, and the answers that settle most questions without needing to.

The address is hello@arroway.app.

Getting help

Write to hello@arroway.app. A person reads it — Arroway is run by one, and every message is answered.

It helps to say which project you were working in, what you expected, and what happened instead. If an assistant showed you an error, paste it whole: the wording is what tells us where it came from.

The assistant is not reading what my team decided

Two things explain almost every case of this. The first is that the assistant was never asked to look — it reads at the start of a task, and a question asked mid-conversation may not trigger a read. Ask it directly what the team already decided about the subject.

The second is that the assistant is still holding an old list of what Arroway can do. That list is refreshed when a session starts, so closing the app and opening it again is usually enough.

Something was saved that should not have been

Anything an assistant writes lands in the review panel, and you have the last word there: a proposal can be rejected before it ever reaches anyone else's reading, and something already sanctioned can be retired.

Nothing is erased when you do that — it leaves the reading and stays in the history with the reason, so a decision can always be traced back.

Disconnecting an assistant

Every connection you have appears in the panel with a label, and revoking one takes effect immediately: the access it was using stops working, and so does its ability to renew itself.

Revoking a connection does not touch what is stored. Your memories and your team's stay where they are.

A copy of your data, or deleting your account

Write to hello@arroway.app and ask. There is no export button in the panel, so a copy is something we send you rather than something you download — the same is true of deleting an account.

Everything that belongs to you is readable in the panel at any time, in the meantime.

Security

If you believe you found a security problem, write to hello@arroway.app with the word "security" in the subject, and please do not post the details publicly before we have answered.
